For over twelve years, I have been working with…

people to provide them support in the ways that they need it. Naturally, we gravitate to focusing on areas of life that we know well, so my focus has largely been on moms, those grieving and going through life challenges, and couples.

This has led me to create programs, courses, ebooks, meditations, and guides to give online resources that can be implemented right away.
