How to Stay Consistent

One of the biggest challenges I face in life right now is how to stay consistent. This is a topic that resonates with many of us on our journey towards personal growth and productivity. I interviewed  Michał Stawicki, an author and habit coach from Poland. His expertise in habit formation and consistency will help shed some light on how we can stay focused and persistent even when life throws us curveballs.
