Katie Rössler speaking on stage

Getting to talk in front of groups, energizes me. Yes, I am one of those extroverts who gets excited about speaking with others. I especially enjoy teaching people how to improve their lives.

Each time I give a talk, I make sure to learn the needs of the company, group, organization, or event I am speaking to in order to provide a more personalized approach. This helps the attendees have tailored takeaways they can use immediately after the event.

Past topics I have spoken about include: work/life balance, hidden grief, empowered living, productivity, personality strengths and challenges in the work place, burnout and running a business during challenging life seasons.

Katie was highly recommended as a workshop speaker for the Europe 2018 Heidelberg MOPS conference, so I immediately signed her up to lead a workshop.

I made it a point to check her out, so I attended her workshop. Katie was awesome! She was able to draw out each person and engage them in active learning. Every leader left that session with valuable tools to incorporate into their MOPS group.

Katie is definitely the voice for this generation! If you are seeking a Speaker for any event- a conference, a weekend retreat to a Saturday special event, Katie will not disappoint!

MOPS International Global Advocate

“We have been working with Katie since 2019 to provide support to our working parents in regards to work/life balance, productivity, and self-care to prevent burnout. She was able to hear the needs of our employees and tailor her workshops to our team.

Katie speaks with confidence and ease and helped the employees to feel comfortable sharing their own experiences with each other during the workshops.

I highly recommend working with her to support your team or community in giving them tools to healthier habits.”

“Katie Rössler was our guest speaker in July for the Women Entrepreneurs of Munich. She spoke about “The Psychological Impact of the COVID-19 on our Businesses” and how it affects us as individuals and as business women.

Her abilities to draw on her own experience and that of her business, was beneficial even to our leadership team. Katie proceeded to equip us with strategies to capture our emotions and acknowledge that they are the foundation for acceptance and growth.

I walked away with much food for thought and the ability to feel confident with any business decisions I make in the future.

Thank you Katie!”
