Deeper Conversations on the Emotional Reality of Perimenopause

You’ve been carrying something you don’t have words for yet.

It’s not just the sleepless nights. Not just the brain fog. Not just the body that doesn’t respond the way it used to.

It’s the other stuff. The stuff you don’t say out loud.

The shame of feeling like something is fundamentally wrong with you — even when you know better.

The grief of losing a version of yourself you didn’t realize you’d miss.

The resentment that has nowhere to go. The identity that no longer fits. The questions you’re almost afraid to ask.

Am I still attractive? Am I still me? Do I even want the life I’ve built?

You’re not falling apart, but you are being asked to go somewhere you’ve never been.

And nobody prepared you for this part.

That’s what this series is about.

I have a totally new perspective on what’s going on with me, and it feels less like a problem now. – Anne

Five days. Five specialists. Five conversations that go all the way into the emotional undercurrent of perimenopause — the parts nobody names, and everyone is carrying.

“Why do I feel so ashamed of how I’m changing?”

“Who am I becoming — and is she someone I can love?”

“How do I grieve what I’m losing without falling apart?”

“What do I do with all this anger and resentment?”

“Why does my body feel like it belongs to someone else?”

If any of those questions have crossed your mind — this series was made for you.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF…

✓  You’re in perimenopause and the emotional weight of it is heavier than anyone warned you

✓  You’re questioning things you thought were settled — your relationship, your identity, your body

✓  You’ve consumed a lot of information about perimenopause but still feel alone in what you’re actually experiencing

✓  You’re tired of content that talks about symptoms without talking about the feelings underneath them

✓  You need to hear someone name what you’ve been carrying — without trying to fix it

✓  You’re ready for a conversation, not a course

✓  You don’t have time for a 10-hour summit but you can spare 30–40 minutes a day for something that actually matters

    Is this for women only?
The content is specifically about perimenopause, but anyone who wants to understand this transformation is welcome to listen. Only women are allowed in the Skool community.

I’m not in perimenopause yet. Can I still join?
Absolutely. If you’re in your late 30s or early 40s, this will prepare you. If you’re post-menopause, this will help you make sense of what you went through.

    ONE MORE THING…

I want to tell you why I built this series differently.

The first summit back in March — 15 speakers, five days — was about breadth. Getting women the information and perspectives they hadn’t heard.

But what I kept hearing after it ended was this:

“I needed more time with each conversation.”

    “I wish we’d gone deeper.”

“The emotional parts were the ones I needed most.”

    So that’s what this is.

Five conversations. One per day. No rushing. No skimming the surface.

Just five specialists who are willing to go all the way into the parts of perimenopause that don’t get talked about — the shame, the grief, the resentment, the identity questions, the body you’re learning to live in.

These are the conversations so many women wish they had when they were in the thick of it.

I hope they’re the ones you need too.

    See you inside.

    -Katie
