Building up the next generation of world changers is one of Katie’s passions.

Katie has held workshops and been a guest lecturer at colleges in the USA and Europe. She mixes case studies, her personal experiences, and a dash (or more) of humor to teach students on topics such as:

  • hidden grief and its impact on personality and identity
  • productivity and time management in a world of instant gratification
  • authentic entrepreneurship
  • how hidden grief is impacting businesses and their employees

International Business and Hidden Grief? Katie Rössler delivered a short online lecture for my students and blew them away! Especially at the unexpected correlations! Katie is a pleasure to work with and very insightful!

Katie was highly recommended as a workshop speaker for the Europe 2018 Heidelberg MOPS conference, so I immediately signed her up to lead a workshop.

I made it a point to check her out, so I attended her workshop. Katie was awesome! She was able to draw out each person and engage them in active learning. Every leader left that session with valuable tools to incorporate into their MOPS group.

Katie is definitely the voice for this generation! If you are seeking a Speaker for any event- a conference, a weekend retreat to a Saturday special event, Katie will not disappoint!

“We have been working with Katie since 2019 to provide support to our working parents in regards to work/life balance, productivity, and self-care to prevent burnout. She was able to hear the needs of our employees and tailor her workshops to our team.

Katie speaks with confidence and ease and helped the employees to feel comfortable sharing their own experiences with each other during the workshops.

I highly recommend working with her to support your team or community in giving them tools to healthier habits.”

“Katie Rössler was our guest speaker in July for the Women Entrepreneurs of Munich. She spoke about “The Psychological Impact of the COVID-19 on our Businesses” and how it affects us as individuals and as business women.

Her abilities to draw on her own experience and that of her business, was beneficial even to our leadership team. Katie proceeded to equip us with strategies to capture our emotions and acknowledge that they are the foundation for acceptance and growth.

I walked away with much food for thought and the ability to feel confident with any business decisions I make in the future.

Thank you Katie!”
