You want to connect.

You just keep ending up in a conversation about the dishwasher.

You try to check in with each other. It starts fine, and then somehow you’re talking about who forgot to schedule the dentist or why the kitchen’s a mess. And suddenly you’re not connecting anymore. You’re managing again.

So you stop trying. Or you never really start.

It’s not a motivation problem. It’s a skills problem. And that’s actually good news because skills can be learned

Our check-ins used to spiral immediately. Now we both catch ourselves before it escalates. We actually know what’s happening between us now. – E & A

A 6-week program… not just a template or a bot

A weekly check-in, done right, is one of the most powerful habits you can build as a couple.

But without the right tools, it becomes one more thing you tried that didn’t work.

That’s why this is six weeks… not a template or a bot I hand you and send you on your way.

This isn’t just about the 30 minutes you carve out together each week.

You’ll learn:

  • the full framework of a check-in that actually works
  • how to handle it when something hard surfaces
  • and simple ways to keep the connection alive in the small moments in between.

Just two check-ins in, we started actually talking naturally again… not about the schedule, not about the kids, but about what’s really been going on for both of us. I didn’t expect it to move this fast. – S & R

The Plan

Week 1: June 10th, 8:30pm CET

90-minute live training

  • Learn the difference between “project mode” (treating your relationship like a to-do list) and “connection mode,” where the real intimacy lives.
  • Understand the tools to make a couple’s check-in successful every time.
  • Leave with your template and a plan for your first check-in that same week

Week 3: June 24th, 8:30pm CET

60-minute Q&A

  • Real-time coaching on what came up for you as a couple during your check-ins
  • Hear what’s working for other couples in the group as they meet weekly too
  • Gain new tools to troubleshoot and keep the habit strong

Week 6: July 16th, 8:30pm CET

60-minute Bonus Call

  • Learn how your love languages shape what connection actually looks like for each of you
  • Troubleshoot anything that still feels sticky before you go solo
  • Close it out knowing exactly how to keep showing up for each other

We still use the tools you taught us on a daily and weekly basis. We greatly value all that you have done to support us in our growth together! – J & M

What you’ll actually learn…

The difference between connection mode and project mode and how to catch yourself when you’ve slipped into the wrong one

What to actually talk about. No more sitting across from each other wondering where to start

How to own your emotions and share them without it becoming a blame conversation

How to show up more vulnerably and make it feel safe for your partner to do the same

How to handle something hard coming up, so the check-in stays a place you both want to come back to

Investment Per Couple:

I wanted this to be a no-brainer.

Not another thing to fight about.

A single 90-minute session with me is 375€, but this entire program is less than that, because I know how impactful this tool can be.

When couples start using it, everything shifts. So I removed the fight. It’s 297€.

Register before June 1st and you’re in for 197€.

 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do we both need to attend live?
No, but it’s encouraged. The replays and all resources are provided in our Skool community to make it easier for you during the 6 weeks of the program.

We’ve tried check-ins before and they always fall apart. Why will this be different?
Because you didn’t have a framework, and you didn’t have support when things got hard. Most couples quit after the first awkward attempt. This program gives you the structure, the tools, and six weeks of coaching to work through exactly what comes up for your specific dynamic.

What if my partner isn’t fully on board?
If you’re reading this, you’re probably the one carrying the motivation right now, and that’s okay. The program is designed so that even one willing partner can shift the dynamic. That said, the check-in works best when both people show up. Share this page with them and let the investment speak for itself.

We’re really busy. How much time does this actually take?
The weekly check-in itself takes 20-30 minutes. The live calls are 60-90 minutes, three times over six weeks with replays if you can’t make it live. This was built for couples who don’t have time to waste on things that don’t work.

Is this therapy?
No. This is a practical skill-building program. You’ll learn a specific tool, practice it, and get coached on how to use it well. If deeper issues surface, and sometimes they do, I’ll point you toward the right support. But this is not therapy, and you don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from it.

ONE MORE THING…

Twenty years ago I started working with couples in crisis. What I’ve learned since then is that most of them didn’t need to be there. They just needed the tools before things got that hard.

I’m Katie, a licensed therapist, relationship strategist, and the person who will tell you the thing your partner has been trying to say for years. My clients call me their relationship translator.

I work with couples who are smart, successful, and quietly losing each other in the day-to-day.

This program exists because I got tired of watching that happen.

It also came about because I have seen how doing a weekly reset (or couple’s check-in as I like to call it) changed my marriage. It was a pivotal tool in rebuilding the connection in my marriage after losing my mom, experiencing two miscarriages, and raising three kids while both running our own businesses.

This tool can absolutely support you and your partner too. Let me teach you how.
